CIVIC DEVELOPMENT
This award is offered to a club, clubs or a district making the most significant contribution to community development. Civic projects should inspire and benefit the community as a whole, improve its appearance, advance its civic spirit and educate and alert other organizations toward civic improvement.

Projects may consist of landscape improvement through the planning and planting of parks, civic centers, libraries, schools, hospitals, etc.

Both districts and clubs are recognized in giving these awards. First, second and third place awards will be presented in each class when merited. (Certificate of Award)

Class A.	District making the most significant contribution to civic development
Class B.	Club or clubs making the most significant contribution to civic development

Application form with book of evidence (see Award Rules) is required. It is to be sent to the State Civic Development Chairman. Due date is December 1.
