ATTENTION

Now is the time to plan and develop your activities and projects!   Give your club the recognition it deserves by sending any descriptions, drawings, pictures, etc, to Jill Dinsmore.  Your information will be presented on the State Birds and Butterflies display at all of the State Board Meetings as well as the Indiana Garden Club convention. This procedure may help you prepare a book of evidence if you choose to apply for an award.

*NOTE TO DISTRICT DIRECTORS*

There were no birds or butterfly projects submitted last year.  Therefore, there will be no related awards presented for birds or butterfly projects at the 2006 state convention. Additionally, the Katrina Vollmer Butterfly Award, a traveling silver tray, has not been presented in the last two years. Please help get the information to your clubs and encourage all to participate.
