LITTER AND RECYCLING AWARD
Awards may be presented to clubs for outstanding year's work in litter prevention and recycling. This may mean waging a campaign by the club alone or engaging the interest of organized groups or individuals. This may also include prevention as well as cleaning existing unsightliness, educational or legislative activity, and/or many other approaches.

In evaluation, credit is given to the publicity done through newspapers, TV/radio, to the survey made before the project is attempted; to the cooperation of related groups and to overall success of the project.

First, second and third place awards will be presented when merited. (Certificate of Award)

	Class A.	Best litter prevention project
	Class B.	Best recycling project

Application form with book of evidence (see Award Rules) is required and is to be sent to the State Litter and Recycling Chairman. Due date is December 1.
