LAND TRUST CHANGES 

As you may or may not know, Helen Marie Merrill, our Land Trust Chairman is retiring and moving to Utah in September.  Helen Marie has always been there for anyone or to take on any project whether it be at the club, District or State level.  She will definitely be missed!!

 Effective October 1st, 2007, all Land Trust checks are to be sent to the new Land Trust Chairman, Ann R. Berge.  Her address is 449 S Main St., Apt 1, Crown Point, IN  46307-4401.

Also, checks are now to be made payable to The Garden Club of Indiana, Inc. not to The Nature Conservancy.  Because of this change, if you have an Awards Manual, you will need to make the following change on page 13: 

Make checks payable to The Garden Club of Indiana, Inc..  Write Land Trust in the lower left corner of the check.  Checks will be forwarded to The Nature Conservancy by the State Treasurer in January.
